HeatCrew
How it works

One evening run, nine steps, one human decision

Every step names who does it, why it matters, and what it hands to the next step. Every value on the demo screen carries where it came from: LIVE, RECORDED or SIMULATED.

  1. 01

    Forecast

Juno · Exposure AnalystRocketRide pipeline · HTTP tool

Pulls the National Weather Service hourly forecast for the job site and date.

    Why

The plan is only as good as the hour-by-hour temperature; a daily high hides when the heat arrives.

    Hands on

Hourly °F, humidity and conditions, with the source URL and retrieval time.

  2. 02

    Rules

Juno · Exposure AnalystRocketRide agent · dated rule text

Applies Cal/OSHA Title 8 §3395: water always, shade above 80°F, high-heat procedures at 95°F, close observation of new workers.

    Why

Every risk flag on the grid carries the rule id and the exact text, so the manager can check it.

    Hands on

Risk per job per hour, and the thermal-debt count.

  3. 03

    Code scan

    Vale · Engineering AuditorSnyk Code

After dispatch, scans the code that made the plan with Snyk and blocks the audit task if anything is found.

    Why

Agent-written code runs on real schedules; it gets checked like any other code.

    Hands on

Issue count for this run's code, with the scanner named.

  4. 04

    Re-plan

Rafe · SchedulerDocker sandbox · Tenki when keyed

Runs the optimizer as real code in an isolated sandbox (network off) and moves heavy work into cool hours.

    Why

Moving work is the point; deleting it is not allowed. Client windows are respected.

    Hands on

A new plan with its hash, high-risk count and jobs deleted (zero).

  5. 05

    Safety Governor

Wren · Safety GovernorBAND room · separate identity

Approves, challenges or refuses. A client's “ignore the heat” request is refused and handed to the human.

    Why

An agent that can be talked out of the rule is not a safety control.

    Hands on

The verdict, in the room, with the reason.

  6. 06

    Human approval

Mara · Director + LedgerBAND task board

The field-ops manager approves or denies the plan.

    Why

Nobody on the crew hears anything until a person signs off.

    Hands on

Approved / denied, by whom, with a note.

  7. 07

    Bilingual briefing

    Nico · Crew ForepersonMasky avatars

The foreperson avatar briefs the crew in English and Spanish from the approved plan.

    Why

Half the crew may prefer Spanish; a briefing they understand is the one they follow.

    Hands on

EN + ES text and video.

  8. 08

    Consent-gated dispatch

    Iris · DispatcherBAND @mention hand-off

Sends the briefing only to workers who opted in, and lists who was skipped.

    Why

Consent comes first; the manager tells the rest in person.

    Hands on

    Sent / skipped per worker.

  9. 09

    Test payment

Mara · Director + LedgerStripe test mode

Charges the $24 plan + $5 HeatCrew fee as a Stripe test-mode PaymentIntent.

    Why

The money path is real code end to end, in test mode until it goes live.

    Hands on

A receipt with the Stripe id.
